  • I am not accepting insurance. All services are self-pay with a limited number of sliding-scale spaces.

    *A superbill can be provided to you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

    *Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) may offer additional payment options.

  • A superbill for therapy is a detailed invoice that therapists provide to clients, particularly those seeking out-of-network insurance reimbursement. It includes specific information about the therapy sessions, such as dates, duration, and diagnostic codes, allowing clients to submit claims to their insurance for potential partial or full reimbursement of therapy costs

    1. You do not need to be given a mental health diagnosis to receive care which allows for care that is ethical, honest, and accurate.

    2. Your time in therapy is no longer dictated by your insurance company and you can continue therapy until you feel ready for discharge without the pressure of insurance.

    3. Your insurance company cannot use a mental health diagnosis to increase your premiums or deny you coverage in the future.

  • Initial Intake: $250

    Individual session: $200

    Relationship Counseling: $300

    Gender Affirming Assessment & Letter: $200

    1. Book a 15 minute free consultation where we can each determine whether we’re a good fit.

    2. Fill out consent forms online.

    3. Book a 90-minute initial evaluation where I’ll ask a breadth of questions to learn about your life experience and where we can determine together what you’d like out of therapy.

    4. Schedule a first session and begin!

    • Individual sessions: 45 minutes. Folks can discuss opting for 50 minute or 60 minute sessions if they want more time

    • Relationship sessions: 50 minutes.

    • Initial intake: 90 minutes

  • It is recommended that clients begin at either a weekly or bi-weekly frequency. The option to taper down to monthly or as-needed sessions can be discussed as circumstances change.

  • Per New Jersey Ethical Guidelines for counselors, your information is kept confidential with the exception of:

    1. Court Subpoena of records

    2. Client is considered an imminent harm to themselves or others

    3. Counselor is made aware of child and elder abuse or abuse of individuals with disabilities (Mandated Reporting)

    4. Client records are held for 7 years following terminations of services and thereafter destroyed
